A Philadelphia judge threw out a a Trump campaign case calling it “haphazardly stitched together”...”like Frankenstein’s monster”

A quick rebuke in state court is what Trump's camp needed to advance this to where they need it to go. I don't know if they have a case or not, but I do know they need to be at SCOTUS to win this. So this isn't the worst thing that could happen. It might turn out to be the best thing. Surely it's best for the country to bring this to a quick resolve one way or another.
