What did you learn about dating sites?
I learned that I will either end up with a cute guy that has special needs, a weirdo, or some intense creep🙄

@Shpiders ive not really had luck with dating sites but did ultimately fall in love with someone I met online and I think honestly a huge piece of the puzzle is basically getting lost in what you enjoy doing anyways because they will find you.
In my case I am very loud politically especially because the people on the other side of the aisle are loud and insist on being heard and I only do it compensate for the loudest voices in the room who seem to get their way far too often.
Basically republicans are noisy politically and always online so I am too.
so when I found Alyssa making videos comparing libertarians to the nazis and talking about how the eugenicist are still around theyve just realized that society finds them repulsive so theyve turned to the idea of just letting nature take its course and passively refusing to intervene it was rather instantaneous and I pointed out that its rather more than just immoral to believe in eugenics but also stupid and careless in an dangerously irresponsible way.
In other words that humans feel qualified to determine what traits are strong and what traits are weak is an error in judgement. we are in fact objectively speaking not qualified- not even the smartest of our folk. Not even a genius with an IQ of 190 is.
because to be blunt microbiology has a way of attacking humans in a way that can turn strengths on their head and nature evolves in such an unpredictable fashion that what ruled as a strength for many yeas can be turned on its head into a weakness and any idiot who tries to screw with the genome is likely to doom our entire species to extinction simply because say for instance we just let the old die and all the old actually did so
well then something like the Spanish flu of the 1913 would come along and turn all the youths immune system against it self and trigger cytokine storms all over the place which are more deadly the stronger the immune system is because it has more arsenal to throw at this last ditch effort to beat a virus..
no human at all is qualified. We just cannot predict these things.
and from there we became lovers bit by bit.
