I can, and have been. My last boyfriend was 22 (I was 27). The difference in age can't be too pronounced, but I'm not opposed to being in a relationship with someone younger. (To be fair, I'm young looking and he thought we were the same age at first).

I'm not sure about older people being out of their hoe phase. If anything, I was less of a hoe in my early 20s. :P

I've ran through parks after midnight in my 50s with people 30 years younger than myself.

Honestly the older I get lesser I like people younger than me.
