Why do people get so easily offended and then shut you out when you try to explain yourself and try to help?

To those who think they're a vampire.Ummmmm chill. All I'm saying is your not biologically vampire. No scientific test will support your theory. I'm not here to bully you. I'm just curious. Like I said I do have my own theories on your abilities. Mine is more long distance empathy combined with gentle hypnosis to help relax their minds.
