@assemblingaknob yes indeed , the land sits between stables on one side and apple orchards on the other. The backdrop is a rugged rock formation that culminates an hour away at Niagara Falls..

@Sweetthing Indeed it is.. still needs lots of work. There's not one true corner in the house, but it has its charm. The location is perfect..

@Majorlatency yes I would. I live in a metropolis. It's really a concrete jungle. Rarely get to see any lush greens.
Are you renovating it by yourself?

@assemblingaknob I am most fortunate. To get home and enjoy the peace is indeed very special. Of course there's always work to do but I'm fortunate to have my own business and not reliant on farming for a living. . Yes I do all the work, renovating is a non stop activity as indeed are the day to day chores around here.
