One time when I was on my period I dropped my food and sat on the kitchen floor crying for ten minutes afterwards. Hormones, man.

Depending on what the food was I'd cry too :) only things I've cried over that I can remember have been the deaths of my mom and sister, but otherwise I don't really remember crying all that much in my life.
