I'm not so quick to judge... they could have a pet named Batman, they could be playing with a child, or... you don't know... maybe Batman hisself has come to visit them, but slipped away for a bit of crime fighting, but forgot to leave them a note... Try getting to know your neighbors and be less tetchy.
