Can any audio electronics people help me?

I recently got an Amazon Echo Auto for my car, and generally I love it. BUT, I have some audio issues with certain genres types like hip hop, rap and hard rock like Linkin Park and the like...basically anything with heavy bass use. What鈥檚 happening is a distortion noise that sounds like all my speakers are cracked.

I have it set up with my iPhone blue toothed to it and then an aux cord from Alexa to the car. I have a ground loop isolator between the aux cord and the aux input, and the aux cord itself is a brand new Monster brand one.

The puzzling part is that I only have the distortion issue with music played by Alexa. If I play pandora from my phone the music is just fine.

Any ideas on how to solve the distortion issue?

Thanks in advance 馃檪

Try turning it down on the echo and up on your car.

@Anon066 I鈥檒l give it to ya, that seems to be working! All I did was set Alexa to volume 9 instead of 10 and so far that seems to have cleared it up. Thanks!!!
