How does one improve without being judged?

If you were never judged you wouldn't have to improve.🙃😜😄 It's always good for us to self reflect, 🤔but just remember your self worth should never depend on someone else's opinion of you.💓

Motivation for changing has to be you seeing something yourself you don't like and doing whatever it takes to change it.

You don’t. Being judged will always happen no matter what you do. You might as well just do whatever the fuck you want.

Step 1- Stop worrying about the people that judge you. They neither feed you nor pay your bills.

judgement is part of life sometimes you can improve by accepting that. It’s freeing.
