Do you prefer a fish burger or crab burger?

Fried fish is best as a sandwich, because the fried coating protects the fish from over cooking. I can sort of see a crab cake as a burger...in a way.

Salmon burgers would probably be delish! We already use salmon to make salmon loaf, so it would translate well.
