How do you feel about verbal contracts?

Rutterman · 46-50, M
A verbal contract can be legally binding, but I'd prefer to have it in writing.
Don’t trust them and “he said she said” is never enough to be legally enforceable bc one could say you were merely discussing things vs am actual agreement

People lie, witnesses are manipulated and then they pretend that they forgot it or it never happened. Always have things written and recorded. The good ol way.
I need that shit in writing.
