When our wasps kick those new Asian Hornets ass...

1. Those are bees.
2. Those aren't our bees, those are Asian honey bees, which have developed a defense mechanism against Asian giant hornets.

That's the main concern. Here in North America we have European honey bees, which haven't encountered the giant hornets yet and therefore don't possess any means to defend against them. Asian honey bees on the other hand have evolved to perform something called a "bee ball" which basically means that they swarm one of the hornets and beat their wings fast enough to raise its body temperature so high that it dies.

@Mugin16 Oh dear god, Africanized honey bees are the worst. FUCK those things. They get agitated by everything that exists.

I am unsure if they have developed a defense against giant hornets, actually, and now I'm curious.
