i have a loud personality so i’m never usually the one being overlooked or ignored but i don’t think the experience is unique to you, many people are reserved in that way and unable to capture attentions

Depends on what you asking. Nobody can't be overlooked or ignored while paying for grocery at a counter. Or at work where they are responsible for a certain thing everyday.
