I have a slight tickle in my throat

Making me cough. I'm not much of a hypochondriac but should I go ahead and get checked out? I'm unsure the symptoms of Corona, I have a strong immune system. I dont want to actually have it and go out for groceries and infect :(

Should I monitor another day if it worsens?
