I like it here but I could do without all the politics. I don't find any of it interesting and do not want to discuss it. Can I hide it from my feed?

It's just that it is everywhere, not just here. Everyone thinks that their side is right and the other is wrong. I can't imagine that anything said here is going to change anyone's mind.

It is very simple to scroll past questions that do not interest you.

I personally enjoy discussing politics, but I see how a person might be bothered by it.

I really do hope that they add a feature like that soon, there are a couple of really disturbing groups of people that I would love to mute out of my feed completely.

My solution is just mute every person that I see make a political post or statement. My list is growing but my news feed is much better.

If I mute somebody that’s usually why. There’s enough of that in the real world.

Most of it is abusive and unintelligent. Like male deer in heat (bucks?) clashing their antlers.

I think it's mostly the same people who start those threads...

I also hate discussing politics with some of my friends while other friends I can actually do that with since they usually tend to know what they're talking about. I have other friends I tend to not discuss politics with because they have no clue what they're talking about and are very uneducated. It gets frustrating, to be honest.

We’ve asked about muting topics and groups. I love politics but get bored with folks asking inane questions about their bodies, periods and boyfriends...🤦🏽‍♀️

I don’t think there is yet, but several of us have asked about being able to block or mute groups and topics.
