Does anybody keep their New Years Resolutions?

I don’t make New Years resolutions, but I do make goals when I’m unhappy or unsatisfied in my life. Realistic goals. But not on January 1st, it’s whenever I really decide I need to adjust something. Could be the middle of summer! Lol. I hate the stigma behind New Years resolutions, it’s just a change of date on a calendar and people hype it up to cause unnecessary stress or pressure that they don’t even follow through with

Each year I make a couple of resolutions that range from simple to a massive undertaking. The simple I am generally able to keep ( like 2019 was to stop biting my nails, which I kept :-) ) but I also resolved to stop going out for coffee and make it at home/work instead...that lasted until the first time I was running late for work which I think was January 8th or so haha

I've made them in the past but I'd rather not make them now, based on past failures.
