How often do you try new foods from different ethnicities than your own?

Pretty often, I love trying new stuff

When I get a chance.

There is lots of foreign fast foods and "ethnic" restaurants serving semi-traditional Americanized recipes but true ethnic food is only found in the households.

Every time I cook, I am usually trying something new besides the main dish.
