I'm often doubting myself, comparing myself, feeling less than others many days. It has stopped me from looking for love, for true joy etc. I work daily, emotionally at trying to heal years of trauma. It's hard. But I love nature, music and laughing...it helps me.

@badapple EXACTLY. I've lost two friends because they judged my anxiety 😕 They made me feel so low, like any of my fears are my fault. You become closed off to love or joy because you feel you don't deserve it, after a while. But I'm now retraining my mind.. EVERYONE deserves peace and love.🌷

Mostly quiet, reasonably peaceful, lots of wonder and delight, but also isolated and a little lonely and not really of any interest. There’s a balance I suppose.

@badapple autoimmune disease made my brain and spine swell. Then I had a stroke to kind of seal the deal,lol.
