Your body gets used to it. Also you can drink a powdered soluable fiber which is zero calories to substitute a meal. Just mix it in a glass of water. @SW-User

I call bullshit. I have cried every day for the last 2 years with only a few exceptions and I have gained weight.

Crying between 7pm and 10pm gives you a headache the next day when you wake up with puffy cry eyes.
