It is with a heavy heart that we mourn the passing of Please and Thank You.
Please and Thank You were the best of friends who brought cheer wherever they were. In their younger days, Please and Thank You were nearly inseparable; where Please went, Thank You was sure to follow. The two would never pass s up a meal, so they were commonly found around the dinner table. Please was a lovely woman. In fact, many people called her pretty. Whenever gifts were being handed out, Thank You was right there; not taking, but giving. Many people even sent out cards with her name on them. They were so well liked that their names were always on the tips of people’s tongues.
Please and Thank You began to lose their popularity when the brothers Me, Myself, and I came onto the scene. As the brother’s popularity increased, Please and Thank You’s decreased. This coupled with a PC (political correctness) epidemic finely did in the two friends. Please met her demise in a mass shooting at a shopping mall. Shortly afterward, Thank You was killed in a road rage incident. Sadly, not many people even noticed that Please and Thank You were even gone.

Men don't often give up their seat for a lady anymore either. All of this , I can politicize, because [b]it really is[/b] the left that has caused these societal changes. The disrespect. The poor work ethic. The cowardice and effeminate weakness, The general sense of entitlement. The general rudeness. Just about every wrong turn society has made in the last 60 years is because of[b] sick leftist thinking. [/b]

@pennynoodles Many times I have held the door for one person and 10 others tuck in for me to hold the door for them ,I am a nice guy ,I don't mind
But come on ,,and they do that if they don't have the right away driving too
Let one person turn in front of you ,,you may as well either push up with a
"hit me attitude " or prepare to sit through another red light .
But in the store the line forms for check out ,guess who is at the end ,
and just as its my turn to reach the register the sign gets turned off
The lady says "sorry this lane is closed ",puts up a closed sign and walks off ..
Then I have to get into another long ass line ,
always behind a complainer or someone with a stack of coupons .
I can only stand so long and then my pain is so bad I want to vomit
I know He don't mind the occasional why
But I have to ask "lord what did I do where I sowed this "?
So on Christmas eve one year I am having a bad day
I hated Christmas ,I didn't know were my kids were ,and on of my daughters was born in Christmas ,making it even more sad for me ,but I tried to make the most of it for my wife ,,but because I hated it ,I was a last minute shopper .
I see a sign that says "[b]wise men still seek Him[/b] " ,I think to myself that's cool ,,but again ,I am holding the door and people just rush in ,like I am a door man ,,and as I get to the counter they announce the store is close ,to please exit the store "come on folks our employees want to spend Christmas eve with their families too "
And I say thats it ,,from now on I am letting the damn door go and I don't care if it hits someone in the face ..
And my Mom says "Son!!! I didn't raise you that way " !!!
No Mom you didn't raise me at all so don't even go there ..she looks hurt but I am mad ,and it was the truth ,,I raised myself
The next month ,,my wife leaves me
I did a lot of repenting over that night
And I always hold the door ,,even if I am hurting so bad I want to vomit
