What is everyone's goals and how do you achieve them?

I've been focusing a lot on my health and fitness so I can get back into figure skating full time and so far I love the change. I still fall back and mess up but I won't forget where I'm trying to go. Going for my goal. 💜

I look at each day as either a win or a loss. Did I win the day, or did I lose the day? I just drove 7 hours to get back home and just ordered a pizza, because I don’t feel like doing much after the drive. In other words, I’m taking a big L today. 😆

That is great progress and must help to urge you on towards your goals.

I aim to keep my weight at 160 and my waist at 31 or less. I do it by low carb and intermittent fasting plus I run a lot.

@SW-User fantastic! I have a huge disliking for cardio. Any tips on how I can get into it more?

@SaraxKay if you mean the machines at the gym I share that dislike. I am fortunate to live in a place that is conducive to running and cycling outside. That is my form of meditation. If you have a place to run then start with walking and introduce longer and more frequent running spurts. You might get hooked but at very least it will enhance what you are doing in the gym.

I’ve hit a plateau where my weight’s leveled off and my glucose numbers aren’t improving. I’ve been experimenting with different types of exercises, more water, more veggies, not eating after a certain hour, to try and get things going again. Whatever you’re doing is clearly working.
