I could not even cry if my nail fell off and I bled. But I cried when a certain person made my life shit and crushed me emotionally

I avoid pain killers unless the inflammation can’t be ignored. As far as emotional pain, I will suffer through it with no other options.

Yea my entire life I have been in pain in one way or another if not physical then emotionally you get used to it eventually
