Did you know that applying chewing tobacco to a bee sting or insect bite eases pain and reduces Swelling?

I'm sure all of the outdoor people know about chewing tobacco and it's medical uses, lol. When I was a kid, I used to get insect bites or bee stings a lot because I was always in the woods or doing forestry work with my dad. There were way more bees around back then too. I am allergic to bees so if I'm bit, it swells up the size of a golf ball. My dad chewed RedMan's tobacco so I would always run to him when I was bitten or stung.
