@hippyjoe1955 I do not believe that was racist, beside it was out of any Public leadership role. He made a poor choice to dress up as something, however, i have seen this all the way from High School to University and private parties, people dressing up in all kinds of different costumes and make up, does that mean they all are racist? then majority of nation is racist in some shape or form, some hide it and some let it come out?
