What’s a well known saying or phrase that you disagree with

Many although some of them are just annoying because they aren’t helpful not that i disagree with them exactly.

“You got this” How does anyone know? This isn’t helpful when i’m asking for help.

“You can be anything you want to be” Nope i’m pretty sure i’ll never be a NASA astronaut no matter what i do.

“drinking isn’t the answer” it’s not but water isn’t helpful either

“Time heals all wounds” No it doesn’t.

“Forgiveness is for you, not them (the offender)” or “Forgiveness will set YOU free.” That’s BS. Keeping an angry distance from f@ckers who have wronged me makes me feel a lot safer and reminds them i’m not to be f@cked with.

“Happiness is a choice” I’ve simply never understood who wouldn’t “choose” to be happy if it was a choice. And if you have to force yourself to see the glass half full, it’s nice but it prob still won’t make you happy.

Bad things that happen to you happen because you have a negative attitude.

"Just ignore it"

Sometimes you can't

All you need to accomplish anything is a positive attitude.

Thats just a fancy way to say you don't know.
