You’ll be okay though 💕 if they’re coming to your home you always have space to escape to if you really need it. Even if it’s the bathroom 😅 but that’s not the first thing to think about. My best advice is to keep focussing on people’s words, not the words in your head, which sounds obvious but it’s not so easy sometimes! Especially especially after you’ve just spoken, don’t give yourself a chance to worry about what you’ve just said, that’s what makes the fear worse ✨

If you feel overwhelmed just say oh excuse me I have to go to the bathroom and just go off somewhere. Or bring a book and sit off to the side a bit and start to read it. It helps having something to do at parties.
