Me- hey chief my mom died I’ll be out for a few days
Him- didn’t she die like a month ago?
Me- 🤔.... I used that one already huh?
Him- I’ll see you in an hour.
Me 20 min later- I just told my father about my mother. It came as quite a shock to him. He just had a heart attack. I’ll be on leave the rest of the week so I can go visit him.
Him- get your dumb ass to base within the next 30 min.
Me- roger that!
