If someone just gave u $5,000 dollars to spend it on anything u want. But you only have one hour to spend it. Also what you don't spend you have to give it back after the one hour. Could u spend it all?

Is it hard cash or platic? If it's the former, I'd pretty much have to spend it all in one place. I'd buy furniture for the apartment. Everything I have is old, broken down, second hand junk that I either got for free or cheap. I could easily blow 5K that way
If it was on a card, I'd hit up Amazon and buy all sorts of stuff. New clothes, kitchen appliances, books, that fancy new purple mattress, and a canoe. I'm pretty sure that would get me around the limit there.
