Arrogant is rolling tanks into Ukraine a week after the Olympics and taking the land. Arrogant is seizing farmers land in South Africa with no compensation. We are talking about BUYING it.

It's odd, I'm not going to lie, but we've made purchases in the past for large areas of land from European powers. So there's kind of a historical precedent for it, but I don't really know what we would get out of it.
