Think about it. Generally speaking, if you drink two beers in an hour, your BAC is 0.05%. That means the vampire chomping on said victim is having the equivalent of an alcoholic beverage that contains 0.05% alcohol (I’m not even sure that exists). They would have to kill an entire bar during busy hours to even feel an effect.

No. They are dead. or rather undead. But not human. So therefore the maladies that effects human would not affects them. No cancer, no common cold, no flu, and not drunkenness either.
