Swallowed a soda tab by accident?

Hi guys,
So I have this odd habit of playing with the aluminum soda tabs that come on cans. I accidentally broke it off into the can, went to the restroom came back and took a quick swig of my soda only to feel the tab slide down my throat.. total accident. I don’t have insurance currently so going to the er is the last thing I want to do. I tried to throw it up, tried to eat etc.. drink water.. well here I am at 5am so so worried with a mild to moderate cramps in my intestine area that haven’t gone away mind you. I am so worried and freaking out. I know none of you are doctors and that these things CAN be quite serious. If it doesn’t feel better in a day or so definitely going to the ER. My question is, have any of you ever swallowed anything like that? Is it normal to have mild to moderate cramps while it passes? Obviously if they don’t go away or get worse I’m going to hospital, but would be so grateful if any of you have been through something similar share you’re experiences. Thanks so much
