Can you believe this?
A friend of mine has a 7- year old nephew who adores Judy Garland, Black and white movies, Already has starting to read adult classics, reminds his mom that she needs to save money. Each night he set's his school clothes out and in the morning makes his own bed before school.
He came to my place, was so enthralled with my shell collection on the coffee table, (especially the ones with all the colors on the underside) I explained it's Mother of pearl and what causes the colors, I gave him two large ones and he asked, "Are you sure?" as though I had given him a treasure.
Interestingly, he is adopted, his parent have no idea of what his background might be. I never wanted a kid, but "Bradley" brightens up my day!
