What is your night time ritual before you go to sleep?

After all is done and it's quiet, I read my book til I'm sleepy.

It changes, night to night. Sometimes I take a glass of wine up to bed and fall asleep watching tv or on my phone or tablet. Other nights I brush my teeth, have a shower or wash, stare at the stars and look out of the window for hours.

I brush my teeth, wash my face, get dressed in my jammies. I then lay down and cover myself up, I watch a few video and then do some SW then I watch at least 2 episodes of Dr Phil until I fall asleep with the phone in my hand.

Lock front door, shut down house, phone on charger, wash face, brush teeth, moisturize, clean socks, bed and book.

I like to read all of the Internet until I can't keep my eyes open 😴

Vape, medication, pee, bed, in that order 🤘

I wash my feet and brush my teeth..

Wash my face and brush my teeth

Shut down my computer, rinse my glass, get naked, brush my teeth, get in bed and browse SW some more.

Shower, brush my teeth, turn on the fan, hop into bed, read a book or magazine until I’m tired enough to crash. Then 💤

Drinking chamomile tea, wash face, brush teeth, and read a little.
