Want the most inexpensive, funky and incredible vacation imaginable?

Try Joshua Tree Ca. There are are a variety of awesome things to offer both in the National Park, and the surrounding areas First off, it's said that the famous "Ley Lines" converge over miles of both the park and surrounding areas supposedly making this one of the most powerful "Vortex Areas" in this part of the western hemisphere.

You may want to make advance reservations at the Joshua Tree Inn to ensure you get to rest near Gram Parsons.. (Right next to the playhouse and Art's/ Cultural Center.

The Inn is charming and where Gram Parsons passed away from a morphine overdose, (Room 8 I think) but the owners are happy to point it out, as well as the room where the chick injected him with the fatal dose of morphine.

You may be aware there is a Documentary detailing how on behalf of (and in honor of Gram) the band hijacked his body from a Hollywood Mortuary and brought it back to Grams favorite "spiritual" spot in the park.

The Inn also has a memorial "tomb" of sorts and Gram is reported to "LOVE" having visitors and visits with his spirit.

The park itself is one world class repelling rock climbing with folks from all over the world coming here to climb, and study nature..

The stargazing here is not to be believed. and there are a lot of interesting points of interest for those not inclined to climb.

The town has a 60's vibe with lot's of tie- dyed and hemp clothing. Looking for a digeridoo? they have those. Beer gardens, crafts, edible pot stores, vegan cafes, or other food vendors.

The town of Landers is nearby which is our own version of area 51, only it's not guarded. This is where UFO conventions were held as far back as the Great Depression once a year, people came to this from all over the world.

There is a seven- story granite rock which mysteriously split in 2000 (I think) An eccentric guy (Van Tassel I think) dug out a residence under the rock.

The site is visited by the lead guy and others of the cast "Fire In The Sky"

There is also the nearby "Integraton" building apparently the design was done in order for persons inside to "regenerate" supposedly, the plans were "Channelled"
to the builders by extraterrestials

Down the road is my favorite, Gublers Orchid farm with most beautiful orchids you can find anywhere and reasonably priced. They also have Venus fly traps.

And if that isn't enough, head toward Yucca Valley stop in to the "Mentalphysics Center" another really "trippy" experience.

WELCOME TO MY LIFE LOL
