With some variation, I can usually read someone in the first meeting. Now, whether or not my brain will let those red flags influence my thoughts is another story.

I am often wrong about people when I first meet them. That's because people are not one-dimensional. All people have good and bad qualities.

I don’t operate off of first impressions unless they act like a pure ahole from the word “go” and strangely enough, around here that happens often.

Almost always, unless they're hiding some important piece of information.
