The more rules there are, the more one wants to break them?

Most rules are not to bully but to stop the bullies. Most rules bring discipline. For ypy breaking rules may be fun, but for others your fun might bring peril..I mean, imagine if there were no rules to criminilze fast driving on a public road how badder situation would get than the situation which already exists.

I like some rules though, like people not being allowed to just steal stuff from my house whenever they like.
