If you refuse to bake me a cake, I will be okay with it. I can bake my own damn cake. Or pay someone else to bake one for me.

And i wont even sue you or take you to court. It will just be your money to lose and someone else's to gain.

Rights. Do we all have the right to be accepted for everything we are by everyone else and everything they are? I really don’t think that’s realistic or even necessary, to be honest. Life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness I don’t think means love and good wishes from all. No one gets to be proudly what they are and accepted by everyone. Some are always going to see men as oppressive, women as incapable, ethnicity as less, any religion or lifestyle but their own as evil. The world is the middle school cafeteria. Sit where you’re welcome. You’ll still get to eat.

Whoa, very smart commentary. That's reality!

That's not why they are harassing religious objection bakers. They sincerely want to destroy them financially by law-suiting them to death, even though the Supreme Court has upheld the bakers in their recent ruling, the states are breaking federal law by continuing to hear these suits.
@4meAndyou if i were the business owner, i'd probably handle it a bit different. id just pull em over to the side, and say look bro..... i'll make you a cake. doesnt mean i like or support what you do..... im doin it cause the law says i have to. now, if you are sure you want me to bake you a cake, yeah, i can do it. 99 percent of em would walk right out. LOL

@SheCallsMeCrushDaddy I wish it was that simple. There are some fanatic religious groups that really, honestly believe, (as I found out two days ago), that gayness is demonic and of Satan. This ticks me off no end, as my own brother is gay...but there is no shortage of nuts in the religion area AND in the LGBT area. They are ALL nuts!

So...these bakers are NOT refusing to sell them baked goods, because they DO. (Otherwise they would be violating discrimination laws). They are refusing to create art cakes that celebrate Trans birthdays, (the day of trans surgery), or gay weddings, or anything that celebrates what they consider to be demonic. And the Supreme Court has ruled that they don't have to bake those sorts of cakes, in violation of their own Constitutionally protected religious rights.

The LGBt's could even order a gorgeous cake, with no writing, and write on it themselves, but they are busting balls.

And the LGBT's are angry about the Supreme Court ruling. They are continuing to order cakes, and bringing more lawsuits upon refusal, even though the Supreme Court has ruled that this shall be considered harassment, and the States where they reside are continuing to hear the lawsuits, costing the bakers continuing and crushing legal fees. The LGBT's won't stop until they have crushed these bakers financially and drive them out of business.

This is sort of like the LGBT's forcing a nun to wear her cross upside down, or like a group of white supremacists harassing a mixed race couple.
@4meAndyou yep, there are plenty of nuts on the extremes on both sides. more than plenty. LOL

Hey, if they can be forced to provide service against their will and values, I have quite a few ideas brewing 😊

What's good for the goose is good for the gander, amirite :D

I do miss the days market forces dictated business success, not having to call daddy or mummy (government, lawyers and social media) to force anyone else to do what you want.
@SW-User if i own a business, and you have money, i will serve you. i dont give a shit who you screw or who you worship. but, thats just me. my dad was in business for 23 years and he did alot of business with folks he didnt really like. but, he took their cash. LOL

It’s not about the cake with those fools. It’s about testing conservatives and ultimately making fools out of them, if possible.
@ChadFord it is kinda odd. christians refuse to bake em a cake and they lose it. muslims can throw them off buildings and they turn a blind eye. dont get me wrong. i have nothing against the vast majority of gay people. they should be able to eat cake and avoid being thrown off buildings. just like straight people. and the gay people that i am friends with wont support a business who hates them. its the vocal minority who are stirring the shit pot.

Nothing changes with passive idleness
@PoizonApple baking ones own cake is not being idle. choosing to support a business who values me as a paying customer is also not being idle. its being a smart consumer.

Another one of these happening recently? 🤔
