@wackidywack There are a ton of different games, honestly. If you want to check out the feel of the universe and see if it's something you like, maybe check out some of the fiction. It's not the kind of thing you want to get into if it doesn't hold your attention, it's not low on investment in time and/or money. :P

Luetin09 on youtube does a lot of videos on lore background summaries, which is good for getting a feel of things before diving deeper. You can also look up "battle reports" for each of the respective games to find demonstrations of actual tabletop gameplay, with some of them being abridged while others basically show the full 1.5-3+ hour games.
