What is the appeal of going there for vacation versus going to another island country?

@Keeper Why did you choose that destination vs. another island country?

@cherokeepatti The surrounding Islands were twice as much, I was looking for a quick budget friendly get away (3-4 day).

I had a friend who ended up marrying a Dominican. They would go to see his family.
