well, there's a reason why it's called "break - fast"..basically that's what you're usually doing, since it's been many many hours since your last meal..so you want to eat something that is good for your body and mind, to replenish your system..

absolutely... breakfast is the very first you eat in a day (hence the breaking of the fast) regardless of the time of day... so I would definitely reckon that is important...

Some truth, yes. It's energy in the morning. Can't deny that it can be helpful. It also helps to avoid bad moods. It's not nearly as important as people made it out to be though.
