Who else reads too much into messages?

How do you prevent it?

I shouldn't go into detail but I got a message that I know I was reading too much into. It was really just the "❤" I was reading into but still... I know it means nothing.

You need to get more comfortable with who you are.

Once you realize that words alone cannot impact you, it makes it a lot easier to assess the words of others for what they mean.
