How do you create groups on here?

It's clear a lot of them were made by users, but i've never seen the option on either phone, tablet or PC.

🤔I think if you make a suggestion,somehow it will create the topic!Just not sure how that works!I started The Rabbit Hole topic when there wasn't one and now there are a couple of groups under that tag!Go figure!

2. Go back in time and join EP
3. Create a group in EP
4. Come back to present time
5. Hope that group was brought over from EP to SW
