@SW-User That's great that you figured out the cause of the problem and found a solution to it. Most of my mental problems come from my self hatred as well. I have low self esteem and very high insecurity. I constantly sell myself short because I don't think a piece of shit like me deserves anything, and when I'm angry I hate myself even more. But I'm still trying hard to learn to love myself. I hope someday I can be at peace with who I am, or at least get to where you are right now ☺
