How many times have the expectations of society and parents held you back?

Never. If I fall short of someone else expectations, that is their problem not mine. If I fall short of my expectations there is a problem. If I met or exceeded both it was a bonus.

A lot until I stopped listening to all the b.s. 😏 I grew up.
