in Peru everything is food related even the slang! for example:

a carrot = someone who is naive, someone doesn't drink or smoke

an avocado moment o just saying avocado = a moment where you are just embarrassed

strawberry = someone posh usually very soft bordering naive or arrogant

pineapple = bad luck!

chicken = equals someone who is very light drinking wise (not to confuse with the other other chicken that means coward)
