Over easy .. and over crab cakes .. dusting of Old Bay and cracked pepper, Hollandaise on the side, hashbrowns and some fresh fruit salad. Carafe of fresh, strong coffee.

Not big on eggs but an omlit with lots of vegetables is ok.

Poached over corned beef hash!

Soft boiled with tajin and pepper

Over easy with pepper
