How would you handle coming home to find your house engulfed in flames?

I would be devastated, but after a while I would appreciate the fact that my family/ pets are safe.

as long as the kids and animals are safe, everything else is irrelevant

I'd be shocked, upset, angry because my life is in this house...but if and as long as my wife and dog were out safely, that would be my main concern (the rest I'd learn to deal with).
