Not sure....but the question reminds me of a “Hollywood Squares” episode.
Wally Cox was chosen to answer the question, which was “Do smart people or stupid people lie more often”.
His response was that smart people lied more.
The contestant (X) agreed with his assessment.
The host (Peter Marshall) said “No, actually stupid people lie more often....circle gets the square.”
Cox replied “Stupid people get [b]caught [/b] lying more often”.
