Are you growing old gracefully or do you fight it tooth and nail? Does it help to fight or do you end up looking just as old anyway?

some age like fine wine. I'm aging like milk.

I can't change how it goes
but I am not just giving up either
I have been fighting all my life
I was a kid when I served my country ,and now an old man some underestimate ,,,I prefer they do
its much sweeter when I give them a lesson in judging a book by its cover

Taking care of ones self is one thing, fighting it another - I’m okay with getting older.

I'm only 30 but I look 25... Hopefully that's an indicator of how things will play out... I'm sure it is though... I do take care of myself
