Cure for hairfall?

I personally use Choline with Inositol, and Biotin.

A multitude of things can cause hair to shed too much. One thing is going through a period of stress. Another is anemia...lack of other nutrients such as biotin which is in eggs. Under active thyroid too. I was using 2 different shades of LOreal lipstick for a few years when my hair was falling out and I was anemic. They stopped making that line of lipstick and I couldn’t find it anywhere. My hair stopped shedding. Then I found a list online of lipsticks that were tested by a consumer group and found to have lead in them, the same two shades I was using had lead in it. (And I was taking iron each day for years to stop the anemia and never quite got a normal level despite that).

First time I have heard about possible effect of certain kinds of lipsticks. I would research about it thank you. My case started a year ago. I admit life has been quite stressful but there were also years where I felt as stressful but not much hairfall as now. Could it be hormones as well? Or because I am older? It is concerning me so much. The amount of hairfall is really disturbing specially when I take a shower @cherokeepatti .

@TessDun Yes hormones, thyroid is a hormone. I had a great-aunt who had 14 miscarriages and she went to a new doctor who asked her to bring any cosmetics she used. She brought a rouge that he tested and it had lead in it. She stopped using it and didn’t have any more miscarriages. And If I go a few weeks without eating eggs my hair starts falling...it’s the biotin that was lacking in that case.
